Tuesday 16th April walk starting at 10am.

				

					

						

							 

						

							This is a 8.25 mile walk with a few easy to moderate climbs taking in the pretty

						

							Warwickshire villages of Burton Dassett, Northend, Fenny Compton, Farnborough and Avon

						

							Dassett.

						

							There are a few stiles.

						

							We will encounter some mud in some parts of the walk.

							Getting There – From Gaydon, the county park is signposted after about 1.5 miles down the

						

							A4100, take the first exit from the next roundabout. Go straight down the lane, go over the

						

							cattle grid and up a short hill. At the ‘T’ junction turn right, and almost immediately left onto

						

							the gravel track, park your car in the small car park or on the side of the track. There is a

						

							ticket machine at the ‘T’ junction, the charge for the day is £3.

						

							 

						

							Toilets – Toilets can be found to the left of the ‘T’ junction, the walk will pass them on the way

						

							to Northend.

Tuesday 23rd April Starting 10am 8.5 miles

				
This is a fairly easy walk with approximately a dozen stiles.

				
We pass through some pretty countryside and through the villages of Wychbold, Broad Alley, Bryan’s Green and Elmbridge

				
I’m sure there will be mud on route but it wasn’t too bad on the recce!

				
Meet at The Crown, Wychbold, WR9 7PF on the A38. We have permission to park here providing we have a quick drink in the pub after the walk ! Tea and coffee available or 00 beer !!

				
The entrance to the car park is on the right hand side of the pub coming from the Bromsgrove direction. It’s not very obvious.

				
Please park right at the back of the car park. Sorry to state the obvious but please car share with full cars, if possible.

				
The car park is quite large but we don’t want too many cars arriving on the day.
